Mary Tobin Presents Instagram Competition – Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2021 Terms & Conditions

  • The competition closes at midnight AEST on Thursday 8 2021
  • The winners will be announced on Friday 9 April 2021 in an Instagram story on the Mary Tobin Presents page. The winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message with confirmation of event details within 24 hours of the announcement.
  • Shows and dates will be selected by the promoter and tickets will be made available to collect from the venue box office on the night of the performance.
  • The winner must provide phone and email contact details for the venue’s covid-19 contact tracing purposes.
  • Tickets are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The tickets or any element of the ticket cannot be exchanged for any other prize/s.
  • No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter for any changes in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a successful registrant from accepting, taking or using a ticket.
  • Any expense, including taxes, travel, spare parts, maintenance or delivery costs, associated with accepting, taking or using a ticket, will be the prize winner’s sole responsibility.
  • Entrants enter the Ticket Giveaway at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for, and an entrant releases the Promoter from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, or for personal injury or sickness suffered or sustained, as a result of entering the Ticket Giveaway, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a ticket.
