Mary Tobin Presents Instagram Competition – Adelaide Fringe 2021 Terms & Conditions

• The competition closes at midnight AEST on Monday 15 March 2021
• The winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message with confirmation of event details within 24 hours of the competition closing
• Shows and dates will be selected by the promoter and tickets will be emailed directly to the winner once an email address has been provided, alternatively, tickets can be made available to collect from a fringe box office on the night of the performance. 
• Tickets are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The tickets or any element of the ticket cannot be exchanged for any other prize/s.
• No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter for any changes in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a successful registrant from accepting, taking or using a ticket.
• Any expense, including taxes, travel, spare parts, maintenance or delivery costs, associated with accepting, taking or using a ticket, will be the prize winner’s sole responsibility.
• Entrants enter the Ticket Giveaway at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for, and an entrant releases the Promoter from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, or for personal injury or sickness suffered or sustained, as a result of entering the Ticket Giveaway, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a ticket.
