Mary Tobin Presents eDM Competition – Adelaide Fringe 2020 Terms & Conditions

• Competition closes at midnight AEST on Monday 17 February 2020
• The winners will be contacted via e-mail with confirmation of event details within one week of the competition closing
• Shows and dates will be selected by the promoter and tickets will be placed under the winners name, available to collect at any fringe box office on the day of the event.
• Tickets are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The tickets or any element of the ticket cannot be exchanged for any other prize/s.
• No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter for any changes in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a successful registrant from accepting, taking or using a ticket.
• Any expense, including taxes, spare parts, maintenance or delivery costs, associated with accepting, taking or using a ticket, will be the prize winner’s sole responsibility.
• Entrants enter the Ticket Giveaway at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not be liable for, and an entrant releases the Promoter from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, or for personal injury or sickness suffered or sustained, as a result of entering the Ticket Giveaway, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a ticket.
