As well as producing shows at the Adelaide Fringe Festival, Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Sydney Comedy Festival, Brisbane Comedy Festival, Perth International Comedy Festival and the New Zealand International Comedy Festival, Mary Tobin has also produced shows at some of the most prestigious international arts festivals including the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

In the early days of the Last Laugh (Comedy Club in Smith St, Collingwood) Mary and her brother Rick McKenna, worked closely with many of todays TV stars, including Greg Fleet, Gina Riley, Glenn Robins, Peter Rosethorn, Richard Stubbs, Magda Szubanski and Jane Turner, whilst entertaining thousands of Australian audiences and serving over 2 million serves of the renowned Last Laugh Chocolate Mousse!

Over the years Mary Tobin has also brought to Australia some of the now biggest stars in television such as Dylan Moran (Black Books), Ardal O’Hanlon (Father Ted), Stephen K Amos, Arj Barker, Ed Byrne, Flight of the Conchords, Ross Noble, Dara O’Briain, Paul Merton, Craig Charles, Craig Ferguson, Tom Stade, Tommy Tiernan, Dom Irrera, Seann Walsh , Marty Putz, Carl Donnelly… the list goes on.. Many of these were new and unheard of comics when Mary first spotted them and enticed them to Australia. They have gone on to become international stars.

Today, Mary Tobin Presents produces shows Australia wide, with artists Stephen K Amos, Arj Barker, Eddie Ifft, Jimmy McGhie and renowned line up showcase show, Best of the Edinburgh Fest, which always features the freshest international talent.
